That makes the first game the purer expression of the concept, since its only levers remain stake, speed and autoplay stops. The trade it proposes is clear enough. It swaps the tension of timing a cash-out for spectacle and accessibility, keeps the arithmetic transparent at 97% and x250, and asks the player to accept a certified RNG on faith. Players who want agency over the exit will find the genre's defining verb missing; players who want a crash-flavoured round they can simply watch will find the omission is the point.
